Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

Alpa Laboratories Limited (the “Company”) is committed to provide a healthy environment to all employees and thus does not tolerate any discrimination and/or harassment in any form. Sexual harassment is a violation of fundamental human rights and dignity, and we strive to ensure that all employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders feel respected, valued, and safe in their interactions at the workplace
The Company has in place a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy in line with the requirements of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Frequent communication of this policy is done at regular intervals to woman employees.
The Company has setup an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at the Registered Office of the Company in India. ICC has representation of men and women and is chaired by senior lady and has an external women representation.
